SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

The average arrival time when your products has been shipped is 1-3 business days within Sweden and 5-7 business days for the rest of EU. An order can, however, on a very rare occasion, take slightly longer, but is mainly dependent on your location and postal service. Should your order take longer than 10 working days to arrive please contact us and our support team will resolve the issue for you. 

NOTE: Our business days are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, or after 12pm CET, the order will be processed on the next business day. 

If your order is time-sensitive, (ex. special occassions, birthdays etc) please let us know. We’ll do our best to prioritize your shipment and ensure it’s dispatched as quickly as possible.

International orders may be subject to VAT, duties, or taxes upon arrival to you. LYKMN Studios is not responsible for or in control of these charges. Please contact your local customs or post office for more information about your region.

 

LOST MAIL & INCORRECT INFORMATION

If you’ve made an order with an incorrect address or missing apartment number, please contact us immediately to resolve your issue as soon as possible and before your order ships. If we are not able to make the change in time, we are not responsible for the incorrect information you provided.

We are also not responsible for any lost, misplaced or stolen mail. We ship out orders efficiently and provide you with a tracking number, once your order has shipped it is no longer in our hands. If you have received the wrong size, incorrect item or a damaged item in your package, contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

 

RETURNS

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to log into our return portal (1) Enter your order number (2) Enter the email address you used to make an order, and then follow the instructions in the portal. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. If you’ve already received a return label, you may simply use it to send the item back to us.

Our standard turnaround time for processing returns is 14 days from the date we receive your returned package. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been completed. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. Please note that the original shipping fee and return shipping cost are non-refundable.
Any potential billing or transaction fees are also non-refundable.

  • Rest of EU: Approximately 25 EUR

    Return costs may vary depending on the country you are returning from. Please contact us for precise information regarding your applicable return fee.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE

We offer returns on full price items that meet the conditions outlined below.

  • The products must not be WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED
  • The products must remain in original packaging with all tags attached 
  • The products must not smell of perfume/cigarettes/etc
  • The products must not be stained (perfume, make-up or deodorant stains)

Remember to be careful while trying out the item(s) at home, some are particularly fragile and it is your responsibility that the item(s) are returned in the original condition.

REFUND

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

GENERAL

We demand that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a 'signed for' delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.

We will not refund the cost of shipping fees on your original order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We are not responsible for the damage or loss of any items during transit back to LYKMN Studios warehouse. Please note, we will not be held responsible for any taxes/duties on returned items.
