1. WHO WE ARE

This website is operated by LYKMN Studios AB, Org.no. 559305-6830 (“LYKMN”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We sell apparel and accessories to consumers primarily within Sweden and the EU. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

 

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and other policies referenced on the site. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

 

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18+ (or have parental consent if under 18) to purchase.

 

4. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION

• After checkout you’ll receive an order confirmation (acknowledgement, not acceptance).

• A binding contract forms when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.

• We may cancel or refuse an order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing/stock errors, delivery restrictions). If charged, you’ll be refunded.

 

5. PRICES, CURRENCY & TAXES

• Prices are shown in the currency offered at checkout and include VAT where applicable.

• Shipping fees, duties or import charges (for non-EU deliveries) are shown or communicated at checkout.

• We may update prices at any time; changes do not affect already accepted orders.

 

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We aim to display products, colours, sizing and availability accurately, but minor variations may occur. Limited-run items can sell out.

 

7. PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (via Shopify Payments and/or other providers). You must provide correct billing details. Payment is taken according to the provider’s terms.

 

8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK

• Shipping methods and timeframes are shown at checkout/Shipping Policy.

• Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

• Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address or collection point.

 

9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please see our Return Policy for conditions (return window, item state, fees). Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.

 

10. USER CONDUCT & CONTENT

Do not misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, attempt to breach security, infringe IP, harass others). If you submit reviews or content, you grant LYKMN a non-exclusive licence to use it in marketing and on the site, and you confirm you have necessary rights.

 

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content (brand names, designs, images, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to LYKMN Studios AB and protected by law. You may not copy or exploit it without written permission.

 

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & LINKS

We use third-party providers (payments, logistics, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply where relevant. We are not responsible for third-party websites.

 

13. SMS/EMAIL MARKETING (CONSENT-BASED)

If you opt-in, we may send you marketing via email or SMS. You can unsubscribe at any time (e.g., click unsubscribe in emails or reply STOP to SMS). Transactional messages (order, delivery, returns) may still be sent.

 

14. WARRANTY & LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

• The site and products are provided “as is” except as required by law or our express product descriptions.

• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential losses; (b) losses not reasonably foreseeable; or (c) losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

• In any case, our aggregate liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except for liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud).

 

15. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, carrier issues, pandemics, governmental actions, outages).

 

16. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The version date is shown at the bottom of this page.

 

17. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Consumers in the EU may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform. You can also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for out-of-court resolution.
